leicester is unlikely, very successful and famous union club. dont think they would be interested in hosting a RL club
i would like to see more effort put into south yorkshire, the north east and cities in the yorks/lancs that dont have much RL exposure.

The person that said South Yorkshire. That would take some time and a lot of resources, as there is the odd interest there, but very little understand the sport in any detail. />
Midlands have a history of rugby league. For example, lets say Coventry. They used to be quite "up" on there rugby league. />
