| Hopefully Lawrence will be back from his knee injury/illness whatever it is. Would bring in Jones or Foster for Matongo.

| I think with Toulouse and Featherstone its a shock and awe thing for Championship clubs. They give it to you until you capitulate and they can run them in at will. I don't think we can beat them, but we can keep them honest and make them genuinely graft.

| Hope so. The kick off time is bloody awful so I doubt I'll be there this week anyway.

Stupid considering it clashes with the local grassroots games. I’ll be playing rather than attending.

The kick of time is to help Toulouse get back to France. There are less direct flights than there were last season so it to allow them to get home as easily as possible.

Surprised the club agreed to it, I'll be amazed if it doesn't have a negative impact on the attendance.

Oh I understand why they’ve done it. But it’s still stupid. Two of the local sides are at home (Dudley Hill and Wibsey). Wyke are in Leeds. So that’s at least 3 sides who won’t be watching the Bulls plus families etc.

All of [itheir[/i home games are on a Saturday, presumably to help the part-time teams with return travel from France
It doesn't seem that much of a burden for us to put one home game on a day which suits [ithem[/i.

| Does he have to leave someone out? Tindall is an out and out winger and McDonnell is a centre/second row. Tindall looked very useful for us last year. McDonnell's stats for Leigh last year look impressive, might ask on the Leigh board what they thought of him.

| I think its a strange choice of duel reg players given we are very light up front. I think Tindall certainly improves the side and I wonder if we will see him start at full back so that Tom Holmes can slot back into the halves?
I'd be tempted to go with the following team:
Liam Tindall
Ben Blackmore
Joe Arundel
Kieran Gill
David Foggin-Johnston
Dec Patton
Tom Holmes
Brad Foster
George Flanagan Sr
Michael Lawrence
Keven Appo
Brad England
Chester Butler
Fenton Rogers
Josh Johnson
James McDonnell
George Roby
Jordan Baldwinson, Myles Lawford, Jordan Lilley and AJ Wallace would miss out for me.

| I assume Lilley will be given the weekend off as he's just had another kid. He's kept himself busy this off season.

| Lilley's enthusiasm obviously extends beyond the pitch.
Tindall at fullback might be a good shout. Also Gill and Arundal have both looked a bit shot at times so maybe we'd have McDonnell on the bench as centre or backrow cover?

| Blackmore had a better game vs Widnes but he's still not convinced me. Makes a few errors and when he ran in for that try he showed he's not the most nimble (he messed up a similar chance vs Whitehaven). That said he takes some tough carries.

| I think I'd give DFJ a run at the back. Gets up well for a short lad and is safe under the high ball and he's an evasive runner who could exploit the space if he backs up well. Not shy of making a tackle but that could the the breaker against Toulouse. Who ever is there is going to have a busy afternoon

We were good. Intensity was there, aggressive defence was there. Toulouse started slow and expected us to crack. When didn’t, they applied some pressure and again, expected us to break. We kept going toe to toe, their discipline went, one of their yellows should have been red, we applied pressure and they cracked. Our kicking was on point, Dec controlled things but basically, our pack was on top for large parts of that game. COYB
