The numbers that have been left blank are interesting. Looking forward to seeing who we get to fill those numbers.

I thought young Rickkett might have got a starting number. Perhaps they're bringing in a more experienced winger and don't see him as cApable of full season yet

Do we really think we will be bringing in another 7 players? I just can't see it myself.

I think Smith getting the 1 shirt can end the rumours of Moss coming back, not that I believed them anyway.

Smith was 1 last year so I wouldn't read anything into that

Last year, there was no number 1, 10, 12, 13 or 23 announced (possibly more too, I forget now).



1 ended up being Lee Smith who joined part way through the season. 13 was Chisholm, around the time of the Bash. 23 was Ashley Gibson, late in the season for Fax away IIRC. 10 was Sironen who again was very late in the year. And 12 was never actually assigned to anyone.



So in answer to your question, no, not really.



We'll no doubt fill a number or two reasonably soon, but I wouldn't take the fact they've been left empty as a sign players are coming in soon to fill them. We made that mistake last year.

Well according to league express, Moss is available. Obviously doesn't mean he'll come to us. God i hope Chisholm is in his ear.

Watching the video on the Bulls' website with Chissy and Peltz, I'm sure Dane said something about, "Kieren in the team" or some such and then said, "don't forget you heard that here first". Well, I dunno, but we've not currently got a Kieren, Kieron or Kieran in the squad at the minute.

All I can think is that quota spots are so valuable for SL teams nowadays that nobody can afford to use one on somebody like Moss. It's not that he's a bad player, but a team's overseas signings can literally be the difference between SL survival and relegation.

Interesting. I heard that too. He'd be a huge signing but if we're short of dosh I'd say two tough forwards are a slightly bigger priority.

I'm sure Moss doesn't count on the quota. Ridiculous we're discussing about signing somebody like Moss. If Chalmers pulls this off, he could give the social media guy a pay rise for all i'd care

Moss was given an exemption when Hull KR signed him because of our situation at the time. If it weren't for that, he would absolutely count as a non-fed player.

unfortunately, in the context of what they are talking about (kear winning the cup previously), i think he says

"with kear, an.... and peltz"

mick mentions the moss rumour in his interview with chisholm. interesting....

Although as much as I appreciate Mick for the interviews, commentary and the such, some of his tips have been a little off (*not being relegated, ahem*)

In the same interview Chisholm talks about the different areas of the squad and refers to centres being Gibson and Smith.



I hope that there is a new full back on the way whether it be Moss or someone else.



I much prefer Smith as a centre.



Moss would be ideal. Him, Oakes, Smith, Gibson and Ryan would be a brilliant backline to play off Chisholm and Keyes.

Looking at the squad I still feel we are a bit short on Props. I know we have Kirk, Crossley, Peltier, Davies and young Wilson. One of the senior props gets injured we look really light. Even one more would boost it a bit.

Bustin is a prop i believe. But we need some reinforcements

Ethan Ryan did pretty well at centre too so that gives a different option, or may cover a gap in an injury situation - not that we ever get many injuries...
