Matt Cooper OOC this season?

Matt Cooper just signed two year deal at Dragons.

Would love it to be Willie Tonga but pretty sure it'll be someone we've never heard of.

Just checked and the 2 from the NRL that were going to Crusaders are forwards, so its anyones guess. Someone posted elsewhere on here that Willie Tonga is OOC. Couldn't possibly be him....could it?

But who had head of Lulia, and from the games i've seen him play, he looks like a very very good signing.

I've heard of Lulia, because I watch a lot of NRL. He is just a bog standard NRL player, might go well over here though.

Looked to be doing OK to me from what i've seen. With the new TV deal over there, State of Origin players aren't going to be coming over here even when their 30+ because they can get a better pension payment over there.
