Following a special meeting of members on Thursday night, it was proposed to hand back control of the club to Gareth Roberts, Roberts a Bradford born millionaire who resides in Dallas, hinted the club was in discussions about moving the club to Odsal, keeping Horsfall Stadium to be used by the reserve and the Academy teams.
That’s kind of what I meant. As a theoretical paper exercise, it’s quite clever. In the real world, it’ll get approved just after we finish building the OSV.....

He converted the club to a CBS----Community Benefits Society---thought to be the way forward for non-league football, but wasn't successful in this case, he is still being denied council permission to build a stadium for Avenue to progress up the pyramid, but can develope the playing fields for community use, there see the link.
