If you read the disciplinary write up, most of the guys got off because of their record for similar offences within the last 12 months. The one Keighley bloke who actually got a ban had some similar offences recently and so this was taken into account. I guess their logic is that he hasn't learned his lesson, which makes sense really.
Any more fighting from Minchella and Ryan will see them pick up bans imo.

Indeed. And what grade you get charged with is not in any way connected to your previous record. The previous record (relevant/non-relevant) bit comes in once you are charged, to decide what end of the scale your punishment is. So if you were charged with a Grade that carried 1-2 matches, you'd get 1 with a good record but 2 with a bad one. It wouldn't mean it would get downgraded.
