Welcome to the NEW RLFANS.COM. After twenty-five years of service, the old site expired over the last few days. To maintain service we have had no option but to make an early switch to the new site which was in development/testing. Some elements of the new site are unfinished, such as; page numbering and quotations. We will fix these minor issues as soon as we can, please bear with us. If you are having problems logging in, please try a different browser or platform, if problems persist then email support@rlfans.com
I've always thought that Sheffield were a club the RFL really should have been pushing when we had licencing. It's a big city with a rugby league history. It's off the M62 corridor but close enough that fans would actually travel (unlike London or Catalans). If they were serious about proper, measured expansion, I always thought Sheffield was the way to go. A strong Sheffield team would be good for the game in this country. Here's to hoping they get something sorted.
Quoteroger daly="roger daly"Not looking good for Sheffield, was told earlier this week but couldn't say anything. All of their players are now available
Roger, have you seen much of Nathan Chappell at Sheffield? I overheard him speaking to a mate of mine on Saturday and he was saying that he's at the Bulls next year. I don't know the first thing about him.
