Shes threatening legal action against anyone stating its because of finances & has said this morning `the chef has quit the bulls too` .. Not good for business all the negativity. I cant help but feel there's more to all of this.. One thing Jay Willey did was being `hands on`. Shes been working up at the club since she sited interest, Kate Hardcastle other than a fashion show i havent heard much from.

Thought on Friday she shouldn't be putting things on twitter,now it's Facebook

I would say that young uns disclose all their private life on Facebook as soon as things happen,but she should know better at 40 odd year old

On a totally unrelated matter, could all future directors and/or investors be sent for psychiatric testing prior to announcement?

I understand that 2 days ago, coincidentally just when we were suffering the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune from Jay W, the Kardashians decided to re brand their makeup range, to Kardashianbeauty (or some such dross) to save themselves the $10m that Lee Tillet, the owner of the Kroma brand was claiming due to a branding violation by the 2 or 3Ks. (that's the latest on the story anyway, you can tune in for some more priceless drivel anytime you wish!)



Maybe that's why Jay is falling on the sword, and nothing to do with the Bulls at all???



$10million whilst being a small sum in global business terms may have been the difference Lee Tillet was looking for to further invest in her niche market cosmetic range?

The way she's handled this situation using social networking outlets as a way of bad mouthing the club makes me glad she's no longer associated with us. Very unprofessional.



That being said, there are always 2 sides to every story. I assume this will be brought up at the next fans forum.

I wouldn't doubt that, but to be honest, I doubt we'll hear much about what is all behind it. Hopefully it will be all blown over by the next forum anyway, and sleeping dogs are best left undisturbed - for the benefit of all sides, except maybe the lawyers..
