Details of Charge / Reason for NF CAUTION Rule: 15.1(a) Detail - Punching - Reaction to Opponent - Lashing out. Player lashes out at opponent whilst on the ground after being tackled. Unclear as to nature of contact however unnecessary actions worthy of MRP Caution
