All I got was a moped and half a sand bar in the Humber estuary.

Why did I look at that and read sandwich bar...? I think I'm having one of my funny turns

, mind, the though of you, in a pinnie, running a greasy spoon in the Humber estuary is a tad comical..

Works out at about £90 a week, maybe some divvy on the council accidentally thought it was a 3 bed semi on Bransholme !!!!!!!

That surely depends on whether you mean absolute, factual, percieved . . . . . . or just what you try to convince yourself is the case . . . . . doesn't it ?

As already said, Hull pay an annual rent to the SMC who run the stadium and pay an annual % of their profits over to the council. The SMC, since the stadium was built, has been in the hands of the owners of Hull city.



Hull FC pay around £600k a year to play and have offices there. In addition, Hull don't receive much from matchday food and beverage sales or stadium advrtising. Whilst the KC is a great venue and has been a positive influence on the club, it does cost us a significant amount.



Don't know how much Hull city pay but all things being equal it should be around £1m at least. I'm unsure how much it costs to run a stadium but seeming £1.6m just about covers it
