Welcome to the NEW RLFANS.COM. After twenty-five years of service, the old site expired over the last few days. To maintain service we have had no option but to make an early switch to the new site which was in development/testing. Some elements of the new site are unfinished, such as; page numbering and quotations. We will fix these minor issues as soon as we can, please bear with us. There is no point using a bench spot for a back. Ever. The starting team has at centre 2 out of Nero/Sykes/Platt. The one who misses out does not get in the 17. This is because we have cover for centre with Menzies.
Worrincy's place is fully dependent on his response (in training) to being dropped. Usually by now there has been a mention of a response from a player in the T&A - there hasn't been - I assume Donaldson will still get the nod.

I don't think it will have any bearing whatsoever personally.
dont think halley and reardon have been playing particularly terrible per se but would like to try swapping them and seeing if its an improvement. Dont think we'd be any worse off and it might be a big improvement. Likewise think Platt went ok last week and would like to give him another runout at nero's expense who hasnt had much impact so far this year. only thing I'm undecided on is whether to include nero on bench instead of donaldson as nero can cover and 2nd row and is a bit bulkier. Not sure how big a pack quins have this year. Although having said that donaldson seems to not have much problem tackling above his weight.
