| Huge game coming up on Sunday and a chance to make amends partly for the loss in the semi final. Hopefully York will be less up for it given their win at Wembley. We'll need to be better up front than last time, with Scurr nearing fitness that will be a big plus. Anyone know the extent of the injuries to Gill, Lilley and Donaldson? Hooley is expected to be back at least and I don't think Holmes is far off.

| If we don't win this after a week off, whilst York played an attritional game, in appalling conditions, that went into extra time and probably been celebrating for half the week, we might as well pack up.

| That'll be an interesting one for the coaches - Hooley/Holmes. We know Holmes can play in the halves as well - but I would think Keyes/Meadows would get the nod again if Lilley is still out. Hooley can play on the wing I think? So if Gill is out maybe Armitage/Hooley as a centre/wing combination? The other option would be Lui for Gill I suppose.
I don't think there's been an injury update, probably get one tomorrow at the fans forum.

Agreed if we lose this game we wave goodbye to winning the league title. We need to treat this game as our cup final. If we lose this game our confidence will be shot, Yorks will go through the roof, can’t let that happen.

| I'm not sure I'd buy into the theory that York will be somehow weaker opposition this week. They will still be on an emotional high and if we start slowly we will be in trouble. If anything, I expect Widnes the week after to be the beneficiary of any lull in performance.
Defensive issues still on show against Donny, let's hope the week off has allowed some extra sessions to tighten things up.

| Konrad Hurrell in on loan, guessing that means Gill isn't fit.

| This is a huge opportunity for the Bulls. We're up against a team we've historically struggled with, but the timing couldn't be better. They’re coming off a finals win, likely still celebrating, emotionally drained, and possibly underdone after a weekend on the sauce. There are no excuses here. It's an absolute must-win clash that not only keeps our unbeaten streak alive but also gives us crucial breathing room opening up a 4-point gap on the chasing pack.

You'd like to think being at home and the prior week should give us an advantage. Sometimes however a cup final hangover can kick in later than the next game. In fact the euphoria can sometime buoy you on, riding on the crest of a wave as it were.

| I Remember Hurrell when he appeared on the NRL scene as a young player, he certainly made his mark at the time as an off the bench impact player, but disappointling for him he never really made the grade in the long term. Still should certainly help the Bulls and maybe they can keep him on for more than 2 weeks if it proves worthwhile for the Club and him!

| So he's played a bit for Fax and Swinton this season, has he played any SL? Obviously he's in for Gill. We need a centre. He's not the player he was and may be targeted by quicker players but he's a handful especially close to the line. He's physical size is very much in the model of player that Nobby is keen on. It's a two week loan so not a long term signing. Let's see how he does. I'd preferred to have got Myers back on loan. At least one positive - Hurrell's got loads of followers on social media - way more than most RL players so his signing can only help with the IMG socials engagement
