I don't think anyone genuinely Laughs out Loud, but it is an indication of not being serious or taking it in good humour.
I think Smilies and LMAO's are the newest development in punctuation since the semi colon.

Erm, I'm not being funny here but Langtree Park is better than the DW so I don't know where the Rolls Royce comparison comes in. Langtree Park has got all the feeling of a stadium that's geared towards Super League with freedom of movement behind the stands and a lazy sunny haze shining into the ground. The DW has all the charm and feeling of a Subbuteo-designed nuclear bunker.
