It will be very difficult. Would you rather play an experienced first teamer out of position, or risk it with an academy player in the correct position? For me it is the latter, so I would go with:
Wellens, Swift, Turner, Jones, Makinson, Hohaia, Charnock, LMS, Howarth, Laffranchi, Puletua, Soliola, Jones.
Walmsley, Greenwood, Percival, Clough

Personally I'd play Percy and Turner down the right with Turner on the wing. That combo would rip Dixon a new one and would score a few points. It also has the pace to handle him in defence.

I was going to suggest Dixon was lucky that Meli was out, as he'd give him a torrid time. Whilst he's obviously got some goods in attack, he's reportadly error prone and not great when faced with a physical winger - See Dixon vs Alex Brown. | | |
