Easiest way is probs to stay on the train to huyton and then to get one to st helens central

The easiest way may be to get the train to Earlestown, then catch the 34 to St Helens. Returning you can catch the 34 bus leaving 22.25 arriving earlestown at 22.44, then rail replacement coach leaving 23.20 arriving 23.45

Apparently there is a train from Bank Quay Central to Central with one change at Wigoon North Western.

Outwards it 18.50 getting in to Central at 19.25 pm and coming back there is a train leaving at 22.11 to get back to Warry B Q at 23.02 pm.



All for £8.70 return and no buses.



I'm tempted to leave the car at home and go on that myself.

Does the 34 bus go past the ground or the141 for that matter ,i am coming from Earlestown ?

The 34 doesn't. The 141 goes down Peasley Cross Road after about 5:30 or 6:30 I think, before that it comes past Morrisons on Baxters Lane and heads down Jackson Street

Get the 34 to Fingerpost or the one after for the nearest stop to LP. Only a few min walk from there.
