For what its worth i thought your younger lads really gave it everything tonight, lomax in particular was always willing to take on the defence which must of been difficult behind a beaten pack, foster and dixon also gave a very good account of themselves, some positives for you to take from tonight .

The three 20yo's were the only decent performers in the Saints side imo, A state of origin player and a couple of internationals were absolutely woeful.

Very happy the way the young lads have developed this season.They've all come in,done what has been asked of them and shown improvement over the year.Can't ask any more of them than that. |

Tony P was nowhere to be seen.
Didn't Wello pass that beauty to the Wigan player with our tryline wide open to him? If it was him, that was a brainfart of amazing proportions. Other than that, though, he did ok.
Roby gave us some zip when he first came on and he worked hard and he kicked one good kick but to be honest I wasn't overly impressed with any of our experienced players last night. The only ones who could walk away with any pride IMO were the inexperienced ones.

Roby is our best player by a mile, strong, fast and goos defense.
