| The Harry Jepson Trophy has changed format this year. Instead of champion clubs from non-heartland areas, it is now a competition between regions. West of England play three games, and then potentially the final, but only one game is at home. That will take place at 1pm on Saturday 2 September at Oxford RFC, with the opponents being London and South East.
After the trial game the other week, five or six players from Oxford Cavaliers made the West of England squad, including Andy Hoggins. Wouldn't surprise me if Dan Brooker is also involved.
Full list of games:
Weekend of Saturday 2nd September - Round 1
West of England v London and South East
Midlands v East RL
Weekend of Saturday 9th September - Round 2
London and South East v Midlands
East RLv West of England
Weekend of Saturday 16th September - Round 3
Midlands v West of England
East RL v London and South East
The Harry Jepson Trophy Final
