Whoever decides upon individual honours hasn't thought much of our players and coaches between 2004 and present day.

Well I am an old Leeds Loiner going back to the 50s,and I am new to the terms flatcap and flat track,but wichever you way you look at it,it was the flat capper's who won the day at Agincourt

One time at a 'Battle of the Roses' cricket match at Headingley there were two old Yorkshire fellas sitting next to some old Lancashire supporters.



As often happens at cricket matches it started to rain. Without any delay the two Yorkshiremen took off their flat caps and put them into their pockets.



Seeing this one of the Lancastrians said “Whatever are yer doing. Yer’ll get thee ‘ed wet and catch thee death a cold”



The oldest Yorkshireman turned to him and said “Nay lad yer dunna want to sit in front of telly all neet wit wet cap on does thee?”

Looks like my namesake is paying the price this week for stopping Hardaker getting a four try tally last Friday ......
