Very true. I think the modern way is all seating. I like standing but seating is a bit more classy.

No. We're fairly tolerant of visitors from what might be viewed as cosmopolitan towns over the wrong side of the pennines like St helens and Warrington but Wiganers really lower the tone. And they throw lunch boxes and bog brushes onto our wonderful pitch.



I suppose when you're only tenants you do not take any pride in how you behave in a stadium.

Another 10 years of getting wet on the west terrace. Cant you just put a little bit of money into that end please!!!

we arent tennants. We only play matches at the DW we are based at Orrell.

I posted the photo on a thread on the Wakey board and added that, just out of shot in the existing South Stand car park, was an outdoor swimming pool with a wave machine... a mini Surf World if you will... I thought it was funny!

Should have played last night at Orrell. The pitiful attendance that turned up expecting to see you lift the league leaders might've looked better in Orrell's stadium. The Wigan walk might not have been noticeable either.

you do know that even if we had won we werent getting the shield? Its against Bradford if we win it. Also not bad considering the fixture had been changed to Sunday and then they changed the time. Also Hudds brought about 50 fans.

Carney is the real highlight of a poor Sky team. Clarke is unbelievably biased, Stevo needs putting out of his misery and Eddie should just build a soundproof cellar and abduct Sam Tomkins and have done.

He really made me laugh and full marks to the Sky producer for asking for and cutting to the shot of the bloke running away in the first place!



I agree Carney is definitely the highlight and fair play to Sky again for realising this and making him a permanent addition to the team. To be fair to Eddie though, as much as he creamed himself over Tomkins, he was the one that actually did say 'I can't believe people are leaving early'.
