One at least was being mobbed by other birds & then it landed on a chimney on one of the houses that surround the ground at the Kirkstall Lane End.
They are magnificent birds that have been reintroduced to the Harewood Estate and are flourishing despite some attempts to poison or trap them.
According to today's YEP they have also been seen in the centre of Leeds.
