Agree completely. The wider game needs an explanation.

This guy is absolutely out of his depth and should not be given any SL games until he can prove himself in the Championship.

I don't disagree, but tbf to him on this occasion, the VR was Aaron Moore.

I think one think we have to remember with the current crop of referees is, thar they've clearly been fast tracked into SL before they're ready. Most of them look younger than most of the players. 

That's a fair point, but on this case in point, the incident at Cas is a penalty at every level of the game. Moore had the luxury of seeing it multiple times and concluded there was nothing in it.
