I went to the game today, struggling to stay quiet as in main stand. Agree with others Ayling really struggled today with both Taylor and McNeil, who looked a good player.
Thought Philips looked a bit leggy, he has had a tough summer. Burnley got well on top in 2nd half and got their tactics right by at times backing off and giving Leeds no space to run into. Then they scored and became increasingly defensive which let Leeds get up to the pitch more consistently.
Day summed up by nipping to the loo and missing our goal.
More tough fixtures coming up, October and a November games will be key in trying to get a few wins.
I’ll be happy to stay up this season.
