It seems very strange that this financial backer has not been named. Something tells me that this is merely some clever use of smoke and mirrors. I strongly suspect that the money is being put by Caddick via a front and the Council are underwriting the loan.

If that's the final state of it then it's the shoddyist part of such an expensive development. I just can't believe it's going to be left like that.

I’m told that the building in the north west corner where they used to house the security and first aider room below is the next thing to be demolished. Not sure what that’ll mean as a whole.
