Baitieri
market it properly, have it a proper ground (i.e. not Leigh) and see how they do.

From reading Agars interview looks like they had a lot of help from Catalan dragons. Not even allowing them to use their facilities. Thought the whole idea was to improve the national team, and yet they won't even allow national team to use their facilities
