Why not download the company accounts from companies house [url http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/[/url... should tell you exactly what you want to know. As well as downloading the parent company accounts you can download the individual subsidiary company accounts, for Leeds RL, Leeds RU, Headingley Experience etc. You might find that some of the companies make huge profits while other losses, the only true answer to your question can be found here. Everything else is pure speculation and I am in agreement with G1, I feel the club is in safe hands and quite frankly it matters not, even making a loss never mind breaking even, as long as the long term investment and financial management of the club remains strong. |

Yep same here, and we shouldn't underestimate the achievement of getting the club debt free. IIRC Hetherington has said that when he took over at Leeds we had a debt in excess of £5m, so every year since 1996? (I think thats when he took over) we've been paying an average of £350,000 per year plus interest simply to pay off the debt. To do that, make improvements to the ground, the training facilities, the business, the youth system and develop a championship winning team is a massive achievement and a lot of the praise has to go to Caddick and Hetherington.

Without wishing to split hairs that would be near enough. Caddick and Hetherington took over (I'd guess at late 1996) in time for the start of the 1997 season. | | | |
