Just got back from game... Cas looked shattered the last 15 mins and we threw away the point. Thought it was all over when the ref forgot to stop the clock whilst they wasted time converting their last try. But hey Dixon was superb not just for kicking the penalty that gave us the point but during the entire match - worked his socks off. Our kicking game wasn't up to its usual standard tonight and Quins did well defensively.



Disappointed to drop a point but it could have been worse. Lots of noise from the Cas fans made for a pretty good atmosphere. Loved the "He's coming home" chant

Great following last night. Gutted we didn't hold on but glad we got back in it so I will settle for it. Played 9 won 7 drawn 1 lost 1. I'd take that with wakey up next.



Loads of noise from us. I do however think we need to get more richie Mathers chants going. You can tell he loves the crowd and always getting us up for it but we very rarely sing his name.

By the way are now on 15 points. 30 should be enough for top 6 and home play off tie and we are 1/3 through the season. 2/3 to go so surely we can hit 30+ points.

we are probably in a false position. we have to play saints twice, warrington twice, wigan twice, leeds twice. The fixture list has been kind to us, but we have a lot of hard games to come. I hope we dont hit a slump now.

We are not in a false position. We are in a correct position for the games we've played. Our true position will be determined when we have played each team once.

Thought the game was a good advert for the game and Cas fans a credit to the club

As a neutral who has been to Quins many a time, that was easily the best game i've been too in terms of Atmosphere, i include my own team in that too.

Where were you sat mate? Were we loud. It seemed very loud for the first 25 mins of the 2nd half.

What do you expect haha. To drop 16 points in 12 mins was a big shock to all of us. Really enjoyed the game though. A little bit of me wishes we would of kicked to touch with a minute to go we would of had a set 20 yard out but I suppose not losing was more important.

Top game last night though, first time in a long time i've seen 3 stands open too

So it begins. Quins fans saying we got all the decisions last night and Fozzard leads with the elbow? Excuse me if I'm wrong but I think fozzard is the only forward who runs with both arms down. If they want to get into the ref game though, there last try which was a great chip over then the pass to get passed Mathers went forward but we ain't complaining.

As a Wire fan i can say that Cas got the better rub of the green with the ref, Foz always holds his arms high, he did for us at Wilderspool always has done.

This was my first trip for a RL game since Charlton, Jungle freebe, and quite frankly if it is scheduled again for next year on a Friday I deff. aint goin'.



Sat next to some guys who are Cas supporter who live in the Smoke and they said they cannot understand why they play (Quins) on Friday evening.



The attendence of 4100 says it all ......this with free tickets from ES plus a good turn out from approx 500 - 600 ( tho' sounded like twice that) does not give a good reflection of how RL is viewed by the good people of Twickers.



Surely Sunday will attract more of the Northern contingent to matches than Friday Ev. ........the announcer was in raptures over "....over best attendance of the season "(sic) my own personal opinion is that Twickers is a god-awful place no Pubs (gave up on the route march to the Witherspoons), eateries, cafes.......£7.00 for two pints in the Kings bar, £6.00 for scampi(?????) and chips your havin' a girraffe.



The match....Hmm well lets say a point lost........crap start (again) a la Bradford, Salford, why do we play safety first give the opposition too much respect, then decide we can blow this lot off the park as we did at the start of the second stanza, then far too complacent at 24 -10, started to play tig and pass and not stick to how we had secured a 14 point lead.....in the end lucky to get a point.



Plus points, Snitch great return, Dixon goalkicking carn't spake , rangi well rangi and Joe Arundel great game.



Negatives; Need to come out he traps all guns blazin' and blow oppostion away early doors, Ferres another poor show, handing, penalties perhaps a spell on the bench to get some form back def. NOT a centre, Mathers good on attack but bad defensively.

But hay, ho I would take 3rd in the league ATMIT
