if we play like we did against many of out opponents this season we should be ok. we just have to make it more of a forwards game and only try the fancy stuff in the opposition half so if we do knock ons which we always have in our games then it wont make a difference because they would have to go the lengh on the pitch to score.

First loss of the season i reckon - but picking up a bonus point. If we don't lose this, who are we going to lose against? Toulouse (a) & Widnes (a) ? A win would really see us starting to break away on 21pts. Would be great wouldn't it? Fev will be well fired up for this though.

We have to go to Toulouse the week after the Choo Choo Train Cup final. Going to be a big ask I reckon (presuming we get there).

Are toulouse taking part in the NRC 9s or are they just having that weekend off to prepare for our visit?

Having read that, it means they're not involved.



The Northern Rail 9s Tournament will feature every domestic based Co-operative Championship and Co-operative Championship 1 club not involved in the Northern Rail Cup Final



Plus it says only 18 championship teams. However there are 21 championship teams. The 2 in the final and 18 other domestic teams means Toulouse probably aren't involved. So a nice rest for them before our visit.
