Most Sports clubs will have debt in some form. Not too concerned at the moment. More concerned about the future and the way that fans have stopped coming. I doubt that HTFC have much difference but the Anti Fax Forum is only interested in negative stuff regarding us rather than themselves

I find all this "banter" between Fax & Town fans very interesting and surely its counter productive. Isn't the truth that most sports teams are living on a constant financial knife edge and its got to help if both teams work together? I accept it doesn't guarantee success but it must help the cause. Neither Fax or Town are pulling up trees when it comes to attendances, so don't they need each other and Mr Abbott's money in order to succeed? I understand the cautionary tales of what happened with private ownership of stadiums at Bfd City, Coventry, Kettering etc but what's the alternative? Bumble along for a few more years, letting the infratstructure of the ground deteriorate further whilst both clubs potentially drift into finacial difficulties.
