This coming Saturday (16th March), Jamie Bloem will be in Wades Bookshop from 10.30 onwards signing copies of his biography, written by Andrew Hardcastle and titled "In Full Bloem".
A review is promised in Friday's Courier and there will be another in the Huddersfield Daily Examiner some time later.
In this week's issue of League Weekly, Ray French calls the book "What a Bloem-ing Good Read" and writes "few players have had a more controversial career in rugby league than the former South African rugby union player Jamie Bloem, who was never far from the headlines for his activities on and off the field".
He goes on to say that with the help of the club historian Jamie gives a very frank account of all that has happened to him.
It is a 140 page hardback with photographs, sells at £14-95 and is also available in WH Smith
