The article in the courier is a little strange - its suggests that Miles was offered a deal but for whatever reason took too long to decide (maybe money ???) and then either the offer was rejected or declined.
It sends a messages to other players who are undecided as these offers may not be on the table for an unlimited time and it also suggests that KH wants to get the playing squad finalised.
Good luck to miles, he always gave his best and would be a quality addition to any team.
