Fieldhouse is a very good player, I think he would be a great signing for us, I've seen him play several times. Leigh East also have the best amateur player around in loose forward Gary Middlehurst, Conference player of the year last year, scores tries for fun, I'd like to see him have a chance at the shay.

Welcome Back Ratu! I thought he played well then never recovered after his injuries last time. Good solid signing. Regarding Fieldhouse worth looking at him and he may impress may not but least the club are giving a quality amateur player a chance. I hope many Fax Amateur players get a chance in the U23 team though
