Don't listen to him. Perform your exercises with swift, uncontrolled movements for 6 and a half hours every day. | | |

Physio combined with Acupuncture, stretching and posture exercises plus a Tens machine but you should have a MRI scan first to ascertain, as far as possible, the likely cause of the problem.
NHS physiotherapy is virtually useless in my experience, so you'd need to go private.

Not had an MRI scan. but seems to be a bulging disc plus degeneration / compression of vertebrae. Exercises not yet suggested - but only had one session. Private physio.
