Welcome to the NEW RLFANS.COM. After twenty-five years of service, the old site expired over the last few days. To maintain service we have had no option but to make an early switch to the new site which was in development/testing. Some elements of the new site are unfinished, such as; page numbering and quotations. We will fix these minor issues as soon as we can, please bear with us. If you are having problems logging in, please try a different browser or platform, if problems persist then email support@rlfans.com

| I know a fantastic fat burner, its easily the best out there, its called....an equation .Energy output > Energy Input.
Ignore "that bloke down the gym" who claims this magic pill will shred your bodyweight. Nothing compares to a healthy diet (your calories eaten over 5-6 small meals every 3 hours) and exercise. Period.
If, like me you dont have time to go to the gym, but do have the motivation to exercise, just ebay one of these high intensity DVDs like Insanity, P90 or George St Pierre Rush Fit. I used GSP Rush fit, 25 mins a day in the comfort of my living room and had the correct diet and I managed to shift the excess around my waist in 8 weeks leaving a nice six pack, something that running, swimming and weights failed to do over the period of a year! I did however, take the guides advice of eating the majority of my daily calories at breakfast time, something I had never done before, so maybe that was the difference, but the workouts on the DVD certainly got my heart racing and body aching, in a way my old fitness regime never did!

That is a waste of money in a bottle.

| Quote Standee="Standee"Yes, I would imagine it's not much more, maybe a 1000 at times, that is why I'd like to find a supplement that suits me, too much emphasis on getting thin (which is easy, eat less fatty!), can't get help from my GP or even private, they all say the same stuff "eat more" sorry, but if I don't have an apetite then how can I?'"
If there's nothing physically wrong, which only a specialist either NHS or private could ascertain, 800 calories a day is bordering on dangerous. There's apparently something such as starvation mode that your body enters into when you don't get enough food, resulting in a reduced appetite. This is bad, not just because it can lead to reduced organ function but also should you become ill, your body will not have the wherewithal to cope.
If I were you, I'd ask my GP to refer me asap. In the meantime, you could try "Ensure Plus Juce". I was prescribed this for around four months, following an operation and it's very easy to take (liquid form) with 330 calories per 200ml. I was on 4 a day plus an odd bit of toast and my weight and appetite is back to near normal.

Nuts are an old fashioned nutrition remedy for those with a suppressed appetite.

Could it be you just have a small stomach?. I don't want to sound patronising but i do know somebody who was taken years ago to the doctors by the parents (who were worried that something was wrong and fed up with peoples comments that they can't be feeding them enough) and that was the diagnosis.

Thanks, I'll give that a try.
