In 2021 he reffed us six times with a total of one red and five yellows.
so tonight the odds are we'll lose and have someone carded.
I know we are unusually not happy having Kendall as refereee, however to give some context with some of those cards.
Fash v Rovers (2024) was Fash being totally petulant looking for a fight, so his own fault.
Griffen v Sts in the Cup ( 2023) although frustrating, was Griffen’s fault, he should have just kept his mouth shut and gone off for HT.
Gale v Sts (2023) was a careless kick and followed by trying to pick Lomax up.
So we can’t blame Kendall for any of those. Can’t remember the other incidents. However, a bit of perspective is sometimes a good thing. If any of the above cards had happened in during other teams’ matches I doubt we would have disagreed with the decision.
