However, I wouldn't be surprised, further dowm the line, to see something more permanent there, to incorporate a stand or terrace, mixed in with offices/hospitality. Like thats being previously mentioned, the Benidorm flats were meant to be a temporary measure

Once the west is done and the south east, club shop/cafe it’s going to be a nice tidy stadium. A base we can truly build from.

They may have started that way but the flats are pretty permanent now. He wouldn't be adding a lift and refurbing it if he had plans to remove it.

The work has started in corner already the plans look amazing chandeliers panelled walls etc, havent any of you took a trip to the biggest kitchen showroom in the uk (South Kirkby) to see what design flare the Ellis family has you owe it to them to buy a kithchen they would have never done a hospitality suite out like a council office. Even if you u saw their various office premises they are so good.

Wow, sounds like the family are really going for it.
Really can't wait to see how the whole stadium pans out over the coming years
