What happens if the new owners don`t proceed with the purchase of Salford Red Devils within the timeframe of the season starting?

There is no guarantee that the proposed takeover will actually happen.

The whole situation has degenerated into a shambles.

Well all the chat about Lees for 2026 I ventured over to have a look and no surprise to see a post with W@#&# in it lol.

Well that’s my day brightened up after reading all that today. Imagine if they announced Knowles and Lees are off for 2026 they will need to build a wall around St Helens to keep the crazed zombie fans in.
