Followed it on Fuhrer Musk's platform. The few clips were nothing to go by, but the comfy scoreline (and recent games, albethey "friendlies" might suggest a good season ahead. Hoping so.
Not a bad run out in awful conditions. Pleasing to keep Donny to be one score and to score 30 against a side that never gave up is also pretty good. I hope the Cas game isn't televised for the simple reason we'll get a bigger crowd (= more money for the club)....

Do you know when the date/time is decided? Was really looking forward to going on the Sunday, but now cannot make a 3.00 KO.

What terrible conditions for RL. Thank God we were all in the stand. Kudos to all the players for putting such a strong effort. They should dish out Duke of Edinburgh Awards to them all.
We had a strong start. Donaldson looked really good for his try and assist to Gill. Did he go off injured? What’s the verdict?
Donny really stuck in there and made it difficult. We had a lot of pressure to withstand. Errors galore on both sides but our kicking game was the difference in that arm wrestle. Helped that we had 5 props in the 17 too. Scurr was head and shoulders the best – not sure how he didn’t get man of the match.
Keyes and Meadows seemed to click pretty well. Lilley came on and did well in defence too. His dummy half distribution wasn’t as slick as Souter but it was an awful day to be trying to pass the ball.
We had sticky moments when we tried to pass along the line on our own 10m and inevitably dropped the ball and another couple of dodgy passes and offloads but in the main we played the conditions well.
