I get you think hull kr are the only ones who have put bids in, but Wigan saints and co will have all had a hand in pockets
Saints needed a nene McDonald etc
All articles said ‘and various other clubs’
But either way doesnt matter the rfl will let their players walk on a free next week as they ain’t making up 700k

We may have voted yes otherwise I'd be surprised if we could fit cross and sneyd under the cap, however at least 7 clubs voted no which is all that matters

I can't imagine Cross will cost much and wouldn't Sneyd be our fed trained marquee?

“at this stage no changes have been made to salary cap regulations, but further proposals may be considered."
if i was to have a bet, i dont think for one second this will pull salford out the 700k hole if they dont give dispensations to the clubs the players will just walk to save themselves
i think the RFL will override the 'vote' and put the dispensations in to save a club with it being 3 weeks till the seasons starts

Override the vote allow the dispensations and save Salford (for now) and ruin the integrity of the competition. Rock and hard place.
