Wouldn't Pryce potentially block the pathway of Charles?

I’d think they’re different enough to think that long term could be great partnership but from what I’ve seen Pryce could end up playing fullback also. With Pryce though I think it sounds like he’s still got a future in Aus and has impressed in parts. He’s not established himself as starter like KPP but think he just has to work on defence a little, can’t see why he’d want to come back he’ll get opportunities at Newcastle don’t yet have a settled and established first choice 6 and 7.

I'm not sure if he is good enough or how highly Newcastle rate him, if players like Gamble, Cogger and Crossland are being picked before him, then you have to worry about your future.
They are also very keen on a new halfback.
I'd like to think if we signed him (which I don't think we will), he would play 6 and Charles and Kemp would be looking to replace Seizer.
We definitely need to keep an eye on the Salford situation, it's sad what's happening, but other clubs won't hand around.

In regards to Myler and him being appointed CE and still being the DoR, having worked for and with a few self made millionaires they do not appoint people just because they are family etc, they only appoint people they know have the skills, mindset and ability to do the job. The money comes from hard work they put in and none of the ones I've worked with have ever thrown it around as they know & appreciate the value of it. What's clear to me is Thirkill and Hood want/need someone they can and do trust at the club on a daily basis, Myler ticks that box. There'll also be more to the decision than just that, AT & IH will know more about Myler and his skillset than any of us and their judgement in business seems to have served them ok so far. Had it still been AP as the owner then I could see why fans would be concerned about things, its still very early days and no doubt there will be changes going on for some time until the club has Thirkill & Hoods fingerprints all over it and this will just be part of the process in doing that.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

On the Salford front, I feel for the fans, the players and staff members as it sounds like they are in a real mess. Whoever is in charge at Salford now really needs to hang their head in shame.

As much as jnlivw Sneyd, I'd have to say it's a no for me. We need a Kelly style off player, someone to take the line on, a bit of a maverick.
Like a few have said, I'd be looking at
Bullock, McDonald, Nikorima and Cross. On the DOR bit Wasn't/isn't Rowley moving up to DOR at Salford end of the season? With all the financial issues there, could we offer Rowley the DOR position? He came very close to leaving them for us anyway, maybe job security with us may sway him. Just a thought....
