The terrace will be just short of 3m front to back.

No details of the height of the terrace have been given.

Allowing for 150mm risers, it's roughly 1.4m high.

On the other side, the LED screen supports are now in.

That video doesn't make it look great does it. I was in the North Stand for a game a while back and the back of it did look poor but that video makes it look worse.

It was an awful compromise, even though the view from the back of the NS is great and so much better than before. If the roof gets lifted the remainder of the space can be utilised, which would really finish that end off.

Little other choice but yes it’s such a waste. Probably limits the club to extending what’s there now. When it was open it looked better than it does now.

I would have loved to have a detailed scan through all costings for the project as whole against the projected costings along with justification for the changes evidenced by invoicing and pricing index’s for the respective materials and industry. I find things like that quite interesting and exciting getting into the detail.

Can't believe they didn't run it all past you.

You are looking at it through Matt's eyes.

We didn't have that kind of money when we did the North Stand and had to prioritise.

It's exactly what it is, additions to a 100+ year old structure separated by years in between. If the money had been there all at once a full demo and rebuild would've happened or at the very least some futureproofing would have been built in. Much more difficult to retrofit around what there is now, but not impossible.

You’ve lost me. Why would I complain, I don’t doubt all parties strived to achieve the best they were able. I have been involved in projects (not construction) on occasion and like getting into the details. It’s something I’m enthusiastic about but most I'm sure would see it as as quite sad
