Agree with virtually all of this, but I think allowing someone only 2-3 games before judging is a bit tight. Matt King was an Aus international and I think if we judged him on his 1st seaso, let alone 3 games we would have binned him off. Of course I may be a bit soft on these things…

However, it’s said we make an opinion on someone or something within the first 6 seconds. So perhaps this one hour you suggested makes GB more fickle than you imagined, and is far too long to take your post serious!?

Well Burgess joined Huddersfield a month ago, and Vaughan was pictured in training with us two weeks ago (at which point we can assume any doubt about whether he was coming back was put to bed).
So somewhere in the space of the 2-2.5 weeks before that Burgess will have needed to have decided he hated Huddersfield and start putting feelers out about other clubs, and for that rumour to spread.
