I very much doubt the £130k in the dormant company accounts has anything to do with HMRC as it's described as "other creditors" so most likely will be an old directors/ former directors loan which obviously can't be repaid.

With eyes on the outcome ( some concerned fax fans , and some hopeful town fans ) let's hope the club are quick to update the fans of the outcome either way .

Still awaiting Fev's 2023 accounts to be filed which are now a week overdue. Nice to know we're not the only shambolically run club.

Did hear from a reputable source that we won the court case and that's now left between us and the hmrc to rectify out of court so should be safe .

Seems to increase the chances that it is not just a simple mistake in my opinion. Still no comment from Fax and although Id agree that people ask too much in wanting comments on every little thing that goes on at the club, I would say a winding up petition when people know when the hearing was scheduled for, does deserve at least a fleeting mention.

Correct. Not being informed on something as serious as this could possibly be affects all manner of things involving the club. I have got my season ticket but that's as far as i've gone so far. It's all very frustrating if not annoying.
