They are really going to have to come with an investor and a significant one at that. Sticking up a big sign at the side of a motorway isn't going to do it.
Interesting to hear Blease's comments in the YEP about needing one more recruitment cycle to get the squad where we want it to be. Obviously just guessing, but I reckon that would include an upgrade at half back and Lisone if he doesn't improve.

I’d say the next cycle will include a halfback, a prop (maybe 2 depending on how the others go) and. Back rower. All need to be significantly better than those they will displace.
