A lot of signings and resigning have been announced this week. It’s Al very quiet on here. I thought that’s what you all wanted. News and who we are signing. I suspect most of you only enjoy moaning about the club instead of being positive about it. We are assembling a squad whether they good bad or indifferent we shall see. Three months ago we very nearly didn’t have a club! UTF!

Not quite sure why you're going off on one, faxlore, it's the close season and it's been quiet on here for a while!
The signings have been predicted so very much expected and I'm sure it goes without saying that the signings are obviously welcome as confirmed. So not really sure what you want us all to say ......... but I'll respond retrospectively and on behalf of everyone else as I'm sure they're thinking the same ......... great to see the signings!
Bit of context really..The signings were well known before the financial crash, which is yet to be properly resolved. From last seasons poor team 3/4 of the better players have left, several ordinary players have re-signed and we've recruited reserve championship players and ones who featured for relegated clubs.Yes i'l be delighted when we take the field in 2025 with a team that can hopefully avoid relegation, but that really is as far as it goes.
Nothing has been headline worthy, Jack Hansen is probably the only signing to get excited about currently. But once the team is assembled and the coach has had some time with them, we'll be behind them come February and wanting the best.
I have noticed, Fev fans seem to think their club have gone very quiet, seemingly getting quite annoyed as we did

This is going to be a long couple of months with all the doom and gloom merchants already sounding off. As always we the great unwashed are always like mushrooms ( kept in the dark).Let the coaching staff do their job, and whoever is left on the board do theirs and be a little more positive about things. ( by that I don’t mean positive we are going down) . You never know what’s around the corner, and the BoD will not say, Maybe there is a money man being lined up ( it is Christmas season, we can wish) With what’s going on generally lots of clubs and their supporters will have the similar thoughts. It will only take one bank manager to be ruthless for one club and the whole sport could fold like a pack of cards.
My Humble Opinion Only - let the knockers begin.

From Hell,Hull and Halifax may the Good Lord deliver us.
Trying to put a positive spin on it , we still have a quality spine with woody, jouffret, hansen , obrien. inman . A couple of the older forwards have been moved on and Douglas and calcott are top championship forwards , macarron has high praise from many onlookers , the jury's out on the dewsbury lads with brad graham probably having the most potential. The backline needs some work in my opinion with size speed and aggression needed in the centres .
