So if they get the plan they want for one thing it might change the plan for another so can't say for sure.

What they did say was they are definitely converting the big house/ showroom to a club shop and cafe.
The designs look really smart and will be another good focal point as you approach the ground.
They've already started putting up boards. It'll be a reasonably quick build.
They'll let the shop in Ridings go when this is done.

They said they will give the gym an upgrade in terms of equipment.
Same with the Rollin Shack bars.

Any major work on these two are still in idea stage but are intended in the long term.
The sports bar idea is popular but that could go a number of different ways. Still thinking about that.

He said they were likely to do terracing at south end but they talked about both terrace and seating, depending if they go with the hospitality ideas down there.
Terracing is a relatively cheap increase in capacity compared to West and North.

Still wants to expand north at the back but it's a big project.

They are doing some big changes to Web sites which we'll see pretty soon. They know their stuff in this area. Looks really good.

And finally, I forgot to ask when shirts would be launched but they did like the idea of making it an event when asked.
The reason I forgot to ask was they surprised us with a sneak preview of the away shirt design. Absolutely swore us to secrecy so no photos.......all I can say is it got very positive response from the whole room.
Watch out on social media.

There was another interesting topic brought up at the meeting that doesn’t appear on here or RW&B facebook, so I’m not sure if it has to remain confidential, perhaps Pop Tart could clarify the situation that relates to training facilities.

Yes I was thinking that was a bit confidential until sorted out.

Just a few random points here and ideas. Something I would personally like to see and perhaps could be looked at as options at some point. Maybe at the next meeting.

I saw on social media a poll on whether programs are worth persevering with on match day. This got me thinking about what I would like to see and what would sell.

So, would I buy a programme on a regular match day? The answer is no. And I’m pretty hardcore as a fan as are most here I’d suspect.

I would however buy it if there was a unique selling point such as…

A 2025 sticker book collectible - something for example like the old pokemon books or old football sticker books.

Pre season all sticker books are sold. Each match day there are 3/4 baseball style cards with each programme sold. Each one on reverse some career short details and front a players position etc.

Would I buy it then? Yes, I probably would as a collectible. I’d even pay £5 or so every match to fill my collection up.

The first one of the season could include an official trinity pin badge too.

That is the old reason I would consider buying a programme these days.

I don’t know if something like that is possible but it could be popular with kids and adults alike.

A programme in this day and age just wouldn’t sell as is.

Just a random thought that came to me this evening.

It may seem trivial but ideas like this cost nothing and can really promote engagement between club and fans of all ages. Collectibles like this are becoming a thing of the past but when you look back at them from years ago they generally mean something.

Top six 2005 - Trinity.

So yes I forgot to mention that. Matt did say he liked the idea of bringing a programme back.

Lots said it was a good idea

Personally I think it's an older gen thing.
I'd rather get the most up to date view on my phone on the morning of tge game.

Everything in a programme is at least a couple of days out of date.
Anything you can put in a programme you can put online.

Just my view.

In terms of your sticker idea.
I used to like doing the World Cup sticker books but as a parent they are very very expensive.
Not sure it would either be cost effective or if it was it would get bad publicity for ripping off fans.

I always fancied that a yearbook sold as a Christmas annual would be cool... I would certainly cough up a few Aussie dollars to collect those ... one for this last season would be a collectors piece!
