N history with the club, good or evil layers, so hopefully no places for mates. He will coach and pick teams on effort and skill not because he knows them.
As has been said no ties to the club so its a fresh start and an opportunity for Kyle and an opportunity for our club. My only worry is the three year deal and it was mentioned that ex-director Richard Durgan was involved in the negotiations which suggests nobody stepped up for the role which is a concern after last years overspend. Fingers crossed that some money can be found so Kyle can try and put his own spin on the squad otherwise it will be a season treading water with Finns signings which from the rumors, don't exactly inspire confidence.

Inexperienced coach, working on a shoestring budget at a club in financial crisis - sounds familiar. Tough gig for an experienced coach never mind a rookie making his way but perhaps he sees it as a no lose situation for his career at this moment in time.
