Wynne was hard done to by Tony Smith and Co picking on a young player but letting the older heads do what the love they wanted. But Wynne probably didn't do himself any favours being best mates with Reynolds who was tossing it off here too

It's great to read that he's turning things around. I always thought he had the talent but it was always questions about his attitude that concerned me, something he has admitted in his interview. Personally I would suggest he sticks at Fev for now. He's gone well there (21 tries in 29 appearances), got the supporters player of the year, and got coaches that have brought out the best in him. He's young enough to get a SL contract again in his future whether that's with us or someone else. Keep going well for Fev and prove the attitude issues are firmly behind him.

Looking at the HDM report on Rovers squad for 2025, it further adds to the claim that they were very lucky with their injury record this year. Their depth looks really poor in several positions, and had they suffered an injury list to the extent of some other sides this year, they wouldn't have been anywhere near top 2

Jwh will spend most of his time at the disciplinary panel.
kr front row is over 100. No strength in depth. Good back row though.
As long as we have signed a good prop for next year then I can see us putting them back in their box.

Hall and Parcell are huge losses for them. Davies is a good player but not in Hall's league and same with Micky Mac for Parcell.

I'm not sure he is a solution to our centre position.

Whilst I like Martin and Barron, I doubt either are at the stage to go to a high end Championship club and win the fans player of the season. To me, Wynne is like a better version of Briscoe. I always thought in a team with zero excitement - it was crazy letting a player like him go. Especially if we're signing a chronically overweight player like Abdul.

The words of fools mean nothing to one who resides in the truth.

Could ask fev if they fancy swapping Tindall for Wynne.

For me it seems Connor Wynnes time/opportunity at Hull was mostly hampered by his own attitude, which if I remember rightly he'd openly admitted. Now whether that was down to immaturity or being influenced by the likes of Reynolds etc only he knows but he was given numerous chances at the club to knuckle down. Its would seem he chose not to take those chances so was not retained as a Hull player, has he learned those lessons in terms of attitude and is he really worth a gamble? For me it would be no

I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!
