I don't think Connor has a strong bargaining position. Despite his obvious talent, he's failed to deliver at both Hull and Hudds. Now, regarded as damaged goods, he's arrived at the biggest sleeping giant ( we now merit that tag) in the game. It's his last chance saloon and though he won't be on peanuts, he should be on a wage commensurate with recent performances. I take encouragement from Blease's history of getting the best out of players who have run out of road. Hopefully it works out for both.

Enjoyed hearing Blease and Oates talk about him. Nice man but you wouldn't want to make him angry. A trait in common with all my best teachers. Also really great to hear that Blease knew almost before he arrived, that he'd likely be there for 25.

Apparently so. Not for me but let’s see how he goes. Massive ego and doesn’t seem the sort of character that fits into a good team culture that club officials have banged on about us not having and wanting to create again for a while now. He will have a lot of work to do to win over many of the fans that’s for sure but as we all know if he’s creating try’s from the off and winding up opponents and their fans (that he excels at) then we will probably end of loving him..either that or he continues with his petulant ways blaming everyone around him for errors rather than himself and he gets bombed out of the club within a year

He definitely didn't fail to deliver, was overall excellent fir us and a huge loss. Fantastic talent, I'd say his best position is centre, but could do a great job at 6 too. Lacks pace, which is often exposed at FB and loses his head a but too easy.

Connor officially in the door BA must believe he can handle him and get the best out of him risky signing but hope it comes off and finds his best form again
