. It was a really good finish from him, think he may have been pulled for offside in The Prem but who cares, he did what he was there to do. I still wouldn’t have him starting until he can prove his worth over a number of games. The reason he has been warming the bench is because he’s offered absolutely nothing to the team for large parts of his career at Leeds. Tbh I’m not bothered if he does absolutely nothing for big parts of games if he can come up with the goals, but if he isn’t scoring he offers little else, unlike Joseph. As for Meslier, it’s pointless speculating how the ball moved etc, etc it was just terrible. Having said that, if we look beyond what was overall a good display, we looked really vulnerable at the back last night. Sunderland wasted plenty of really good chances so when we’ve all got over Meslier’s howler a draw was probably a fair result. It certainly didn’t feel like that at the time though.
