You got a 10% allocation as is standard across the league. We will sell out our home areas. If your club finished second then you wouldn’t have any issues, but as it panned out, then didn’t.

I've cancelled my hotel booking in time to get it refunded and accepted I'm not going.
Consoling myself that if we lose I save a fortune in ticket, train fare and hotel costs going to watch it, and if we win I'll easily get a final ticket.
I'm still gonna be sulking for the next few days though!

A bigger ground would have been better if that’s the case, but hey ho, can’t have everything

No one is sulking more than me about the ticket situation, believe me, but I don't see what petty sniping from either set of fans is going to achieve.
It's a massive game for both clubs, and was always going to sell out. They were hardly going to move it to the KC (or whatever it's called now) were they?
I've seen a bit of "hope you bring more then you did last time" from them and "nice to see you can fill your ground for a change" from us sniping away on Twitter, as if it's somehow unusual for a bigger game to have more demand for tickets than others.
Our fans who did get a ticket will say I could have got one no problem if I had bought a season ticket, which is true, so it is what it is.

Does Craven Park not hold 13,000 now that they’ve put that new temporary stand in? If so, you’d think we should’ve been given more than the 1,100 tickets we’ve been given, if the apparent ruling is 10% of the stadiums capacity.
It’ll no doubt sell out eventually, but there are still tickets available on their website, some even in the block next to our allocation, which makes it even more bizarre if our allocation is slightly under the alleged required number.
That being said, when a team barely takes a 400 fan following to either Hull ground, even when it’s on a Saturday, there’s something radically wrong when there’s such a clamour for tickets just because it’s a ‘big game’.
Regardless, I firmly believe that if you wanted a ticket badly enough, then you would’ve got one, if you were a Season Ticket holder of course. Perhaps though, the club could’ve added an extra layer of sales criteria first of all, to ensure the most loyal were guaranteed.

Good idea, make more space for away fans that never sell out their allocations (First time wire have ever brought more than 500 to CP in fact). Clearly you’re very financially savvy
